Empower India Ltd's board approved unaudited results for Q3 FY26 (Oct-Dec 2025) and the 9-month period ending 31 December 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations grew about 20% YoY in Q3 (Rs 2,538.23 lakhs vs Rs 2,119.92 lakhs) and roughly 52% YoY for 9 months (Rs 7,567.32 lakhs vs Rs 4,985.22 lakhs). However, standalone profit after tax for 9 months fell to Rs 183.17 lakhs from Rs 282.55 lakhs a year ago, and the previous quarter (Sept 2025) had actually posted a small loss of Rs 9.28 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, 9-month revenue rose modestly to Rs 10,906.39 lakhs while profit after tax declined to Rs 406.82 lakhs from Rs 530.96 lakhs. Importantly, the Limited Review Report is missing because the statutory auditor, Mr. Rishi Shekhri, is critically ill and hospitalized, and the company has committed to submit the report later.
Revenue growth is healthy on a standalone basis, but profitability is weakening with margins compressing and 9-month PAT down 23-35% YoY — shareholders should note this divergence. The absence of the auditor's Limited Review Report is a governance red flag and may delay or dampen investor confidence until it is filed.
