Empower India Ltd reported unaudited Q3 FY26 results without a Limited Review Report because its statutory auditor, Mr. Rishi Shekhri, is critically ill and hospitalized. On a standalone basis, Q3 revenue from operations rose to ₹2,538.23 lakhs (vs ₹2,119.92 lakhs in Q3 FY25), while standalone nine-month revenue grew about 52% to ₹7,567.32 lakhs. However, standalone Q3 profit fell sharply to ₹47.82 lakhs from ₹75.44 lakhs a year earlier, and nine-month profit dropped to ₹183.17 lakhs from ₹282.55 lakhs, indicating significant margin compression. On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue roughly doubled to ₹4,781.25 lakhs, but nine-month profit declined to ₹406.82 lakhs (vs ₹530.96 lakhs). The company has not yet provided a Limited Review Report and will submit it at the earliest opportunity.
Despite strong topline growth, falling profits and the absence of an auditor's review report are red flags for shareholders — weaker margins may pressure the stock, and pending auditor review keeps a key compliance overhang until resolved.
