eMudhra reported strong Q2 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of INR 1,749.5 million, up 22.6% year-on-year. EBITDA grew 28.1% to INR 433.3 million with margin expanding to 24.8% from 23.7% a year ago. Profit after tax rose 18.6% to INR 264.4 million, though it includes a INR 15.6 million loss from its newly acquired European subsidiary Cryptas, which is in integration phase. For the first half of FY26, revenue jumped 37% to INR 3,255.7 million and PAT grew 27.1% to INR 514.7 million. The company highlighted new client wins across the US, Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific, and completed the acquisition of US-based AI Cyber Forge Inc to bolster its cyber security portfolio. Enterprise revenue mix stood at 36% India and 64% international, with 62% coming from cyber security solutions.
Solid double-digit growth across revenue, EBITDA, and PAT, along with margin expansion, signals healthy operational momentum. The Cryptas integration loss is a minor drag expected to turn profitable in the next two quarters, and the international revenue tilt provides diversification. Overall, the results are positive for shareholders and likely to support a constructive stock reaction.
