eMudhra's board approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and FY25 (year ended March 31, 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations grew about 39% YoY to Rs. 5,193.85 million (vs Rs. 3,731.19 million), while consolidated net profit rose roughly 14% to Rs. 872.34 million (vs Rs. 763.52 million). Q4 FY25 was strong, with revenue up about 47% YoY at Rs. 1,468.77 million and net profit at Rs. 243.38 million. Standalone revenue grew about 11% to Rs. 2,029.60 million, though standalone net profit dipped to Rs. 186.65 million from Rs. 206.22 million. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share for FY25, set the AGM for June 25, 2025, and introduced the eMudhra ESOP/RSU Scheme 2025 for employee grants. The auditor (Suri & Co.) issued an unqualified opinion on both sets of results.
Strong topline growth and dividend announcement are positives for shareholders, but the modest PAT growth and standalone profit dip, along with margin pressure from rising operating expenses, suggest costs are scaling faster than profits. The new ESOP/RSU scheme may lead to some future dilution but is aimed at talent retention.
