Enbee Trade & Finance Ltd's board approved audited results for Q4 and FY25. Total revenue from operations for FY25 stood at around ₹552 lakhs, with profit after tax of about ₹155.77 lakhs. Total assets more than doubled to ₹13,701 lakhs from ₹6,421 lakhs last year, mainly driven by a sharp jump in loans (₹13,380 lakhs vs ₹6,125 lakhs). Borrowings also rose to ₹5,050 lakhs from ₹3,131 lakhs. The statutory auditor (Ambavat Jain & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter: related party loans outstanding total ₹4,892.11 lakhs, of which ₹888 lakhs taken during the year is pending shareholder approval under SEBI Listing Regulation 23. Net cash from operating activities was deeply negative at ₹(4,410) lakhs, worse than ₹(1,675) lakhs last year.
Shareholders should note the related-party loan of ₹888 lakhs awaiting shareholder ratification and the large negative operating cash flow, which means the business is consuming cash even as it grows the loan book. The clean (unmodified) audit opinion is reassuring, but the Emphasis of Matter and weak cash generation are points to watch.
