Krishna Capital and Securities Ltd announced its unaudited Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 results. On a standalone basis, Q2 revenue fell to Rs 3.62 lakhs from Rs 4.53 lakhs in Q2 FY25, though the company swung to a profit of Rs 1.53 lakhs compared to a loss of Rs 1.70 lakhs a year ago. On a consolidated basis (including associate Palco Metals), Q2 revenue dropped sharply to Rs 4.62 lakhs from Rs 17.15 lakhs, with a loss of Rs 1.50 lakhs versus Rs 5.83 lakhs earlier. The auditor (Abhishek Kumar & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results. Cash and equivalents fell to Rs 8.48 lakhs from Rs 18.68 lakhs, with negative operating cash flows reported in both standalone (Rs -27.40 lakhs) and consolidated (Rs -18.14 lakhs) for H1 FY26.
Weak top-line performance with shrinking revenues and continued negative operating cash flows is concerning, though the standalone quarterly swing to profit is a small positive. The stock may remain volatile due to the small scale of operations and dependence on its loss-making associate Palco Metals.
