Endurance Technologies' Board, at its May 15, 2025 meeting, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated FY25 revenue rose to Rs. 11,560.81 crore (from Rs. 10,240.87 crore in FY24) and net profit grew to Rs. 836.35 crore (from Rs. 680.49 crore). Standalone FY25 revenue was Rs. 8,846.15 crore and net profit was Rs. 678.66 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share (100% on face value Rs. 10) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 13, 2025. The record date is August 1, 2025, with dividend payment between August 18 and September 11, 2025. The Board also appointed M/s. J. B. Bhave & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and noted ongoing acquisitions, including a 60% stake in Stoferle Automotive GmbH (Germany) for EUR 37.74 million.
Strong FY25 performance with double-digit profit growth supports the higher dividend payout, which is positive for income-focused shareholders. Stock may see short-term support from the dividend announcement, though the proposed dividend is subject to AGM approval.
