Members of the Jain family and related family trusts, who are promoters of Endurance Technologies, signed an internal shareholders agreement on 11 February 2026. The company itself is not a party. The agreement sets mutual rights and obligations for transfer and transmission of shares among the family to ensure continuity and avoid disputes. After demise of Anurang Jain, the parties must collectively hold at least 51 percent of share capital. Anurang retains sole authority to amend or terminate the agreement. There is no change in board or management control.
No impact on company management, control, or operations. Clarifies succession and share transfer rules among promoters, providing stability.
