Endurance Technologies reported strong FY2026 results with standalone revenue growing 20.3% to Rs. 10,640 crore and consolidated revenue up 26.2% to Rs. 14,596 crore. Standalone PAT increased 8.1% to Rs. 733.83 crore while consolidated PAT rose 13.8% to Rs. 951.71 crore. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 11.50 per share (115%) subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 13, 2026. Exceptional items of Rs. 20.64 crore (standalone) and Rs. 20.95 crore (consolidated) were recorded due to new Labour Codes implementation for gratuity and leave encashment. The company completed acquisitions of remaining 38.5% stake in Maxwell Energy and 60% stake in Stoferle GmbH (Germany) during the year. Cash position declined significantly (standalone cash down from Rs. 92.15 crore to Rs. 26.79 crore) due to capex and acquisitions. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
Positive results with revenue growth exceeding 20% and healthy PAT growth. Dividend payout is encouraging for shareholders. However, the significant decline in standalone cash reserves and increased debt levels from acquisitions warrant monitoring.
