Energy Infrastructure Trust (formerly India Infrastructure Trust), an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) managed by EnCap Investment Manager (formerly Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager), has declared a total distribution of Rs. 3.9151 per unit for Q3 FY2025-26. This comprises Rs. 2.0244 per unit as Return of Capital and Rs. 1.8907 per unit as Return on Capital. The Board fixed Tuesday, October 14, 2025 as the record date for eligibility. The distribution will be paid to unitholders on or before Monday, October 20, 2025. The board meeting was held on October 9, 2025, and lasted just 20 minutes.
