Q1 FY26-27 revenue fell to Rs 318 crore from Rs 461 crore YoY (about minus 31%). Despite revenue decline, PAT swung from a Rs 7 crore loss to a Rs 10 crore profit, with EPS at Rs 5.70 vs Rs (3.90). For H1 FY26-27, revenue was nearly flat at around Rs 972 crore and PAT turned positive at about Rs 10 crore vs Rs 7 crore loss. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs (54) crore vs Rs 44 crore positive. Total borrowings rose to Rs 307 crore from Rs 210 crore. Auditor issued unmodified review report.
Mixed - profit recovery is positive but revenue fall, negative operating cash flow, and rising borrowings are red flags for shareholders.
