Consolidated Q2 FY26 revenue grew 21% YoY to Rs. 15,709 million and H1 revenue grew 24% to Rs. 29,748 million. Consolidated PAT jumped 41% in Q2 to Rs. 366 million and 43% in H1 to Rs. 668 million. Standalone revenue declined 26% YoY in Q2 and 31% in H1. Operating cash flows were negative on both standalone (minus Rs. 382 million) and consolidated (minus Rs. 673 million) basis. Auditor MSKA gave an unmodified review conclusion.
Mixed picture. Strong consolidated growth driven by acquisitions masks weak standalone performance and negative operating cash flows.
