Board approved Q1 FY27 (June 2026) results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 38 percent YoY to Rs 1,940 crore, boosted by subsidiary additions during FY26. Consolidated PAT grew 72 percent to Rs 52 crore; EPS at Rs 8.77 versus Rs 6.39. Standalone PAT fell sharply to Rs 3.5 crore from Rs 13.4 crore due to higher finance costs and lower other income. Auditor gave an unmodified opinion. Board committees were reconstituted after independent director Rajesh Dalal's tenure ends on August 24.
Strong consolidated growth from acquisitions is positive, but standalone weakness from higher finance costs warrants attention on margin trends.
