On the reaction day the stock moved 4.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.4 pts more than its Retailing peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Entero’s Q2 FY27 revenue was Rs 2,087.1 crore, up 32.9% year on year. EBITDA rose 78% to Rs 110.7 crore as margin improved 135 basis points to 5.3%; profit to owners was Rs 45.5 crore. H1 operating cash flow was negative Rs 46.5 crore because of receivable timing; collections arrived in November. Management is on track for full-year guidance, plans to acquire smaller distributors, and expects FY27 MedTech revenue above Rs 1,000 crore.
Strong growth and margin gains support shareholders, but negative H1 operating cash flow and higher borrowings remain key risks.
