Enterprise International Ltd posted strong full-year FY25 results, with revenue from operations rising about 24% to Rs. 650.38 lacs from Rs. 525.12 lacs in FY24. Net profit for the year jumped to Rs. 50.49 lacs from Rs. 14.99 lacs, a roughly 3.4x increase, lifting EPS to Rs. 1.69 (vs Rs. 0.50). However, the standalone Q4 FY25 numbers were weak — revenue was just Rs. 67.86 lacs and the company slipped into a small loss of Rs. 4.18 lacs for the quarter. Total assets stood at Rs. 1,500 lacs with zero borrowings, and cash and equivalents more than doubled to Rs. 203.28 lacs. The statutory auditor (R.C. Jhawer & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Full-year performance is materially better than last year on both top line and bottom line, with a debt-free balance sheet and improving cash position — positive for shareholders. However, the weak Q4 print suggests the year-end momentum faded, which may temper near-term sentiment.
