Enterprise International Ltd reported un-audited Q3 FY26 (Dec 2025) results with a net loss of Rs 9.97 lakhs, compared to a profit of Rs 37.60 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 177.86 lakhs from Rs 199.36 lakhs year-on-year, a decline of about 10.8%. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, revenue dropped sharply to Rs 410.61 lakhs from Rs 582.52 lakhs (roughly 29.5% lower), and the company slipped into a net loss of Rs 5.09 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 54.67 lakhs in the prior year period. Total income for the quarter was Rs 197.09 lakhs against total expenses of Rs 207.88 lakhs, driving the loss. The balance sheet shows cash and equivalents falling sharply from Rs 203.28 lakhs to Rs 18.10 lakhs, while trade receivables nearly doubled to Rs 125.14 lakhs. The statutory auditor (B.C. Jhawer & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
