Entertainment Network (India) Limited reported its Q4 and full year FY2026 results. Standalone revenue from operations grew to Rs. 53,957.77 lakhs from Rs. 52,263.14 lakhs in the previous year. However, the company posted a standalone net loss of Rs. 564.04 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs. 1,180.95 lakhs in FY2025. Consolidated net loss stood at Rs. 739.28 lakhs against a profit of Rs. 1,195.15 lakhs the prior year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share (face value Rs. 10), aggregating to Rs. 953.41 lakhs, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The dividend amount is unchanged from the previous year. Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial results.
Despite reporting a net loss for FY2026, the company has maintained its dividend payout at the same level as last year, which signals management confidence. However, the loss-making performance may concern investors and could impact stock price negatively in the short term.
