CRISIL Ratings has upgraded the credit ratings on Enviro Infra Engineers' (EIEL) bank loan facilities of ₹463 crore. The long-term rating has been revised to 'Crisil A/Stable' from 'Crisil A-/Stable', and the short-term rating to 'Crisil A1' from 'Crisil A2+'. The upgrade reflects strong business execution, with revenue growing nearly 45% in FY25 to ₹1,045 crore, a healthy order book of over ₹1,300 crore, and operating profitability above 24%. The company's financial profile also improved significantly after the FY25 IPO (which raised ~₹517 crore), with IPO proceeds used to repay existing debt — bringing the debt-to-networth ratio down sharply to 0.13x from 0.59x. Net cash position of ~₹290 crore and interest coverage of 8-9x support the strong outlook.
This rating upgrade is a positive signal for shareholders — it reflects stronger fundamentals, lower borrowing costs going forward, and improved financial health post-IPO. It is likely to be viewed favorably by the market and could support the stock price.
