Enviro Infra Engineers reported its unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 227.35 crore in Q2 (vs Rs 213.01 crore YoY, +6.7%) and Rs 468.27 crore in H1 (vs Rs 418.19 crore, +12%). Consolidated profit after tax grew to Rs 49.50 crore in Q2 (vs Rs 36.37 crore, +36%) and Rs 91.98 crore in H1 (vs Rs 66.33 crore, +39%). On a standalone basis, however, PAT fell sharply to Rs 19.42 crore in Q2 from Rs 33.33 crore YoY, weighed down by exceptional items of Rs 8.51 crore in H1 (Rs 3.56 crore in Q2). The auditor (S S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP) included an Emphasis of Matter flagging a fraud identified during the period; the company has reported it under Section 143(12) and filed Form ADT-4 with the Central Government. Operating cash flow was negative on both standalone (Rs -85.16 crore) and consolidated (Rs -105.28 crore) bases in H1.
The disclosed fraud and related exceptional charge of ~Rs 8.5 crore are red flags and warrant close monitoring of subsequent disclosures on the quantum, nature, and recovery of the loss. The divergence between strong consolidated numbers and weak standalone earnings, combined with heavy negative operating cash flow, suggests working-capital stress and one-off hits at the standalone level — a mixed picture for shareholders despite top-line growth.
