Enviro Infra filed Q1 FY27 results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose about 49 percent YoY to Rs 35,918 lakhs; standalone revenue was Rs 24,583 lakhs. Consolidated EPS was Rs 2.27. Auditor S S Kothari Mehta issued an unmodified opinion on standalone but added an Emphasis of Matter on consolidated results about a Rs 1,861 lakh customer advance at step-down subsidiary Suyog Urja, with Rs 923 lakh WIP recognised. Settlement terms were approved post-quarter. Two subsidiaries were acquired and two new SPVs incorporated during the quarter. A small cyber fraud recovery was booked as an exceptional item.
Strong YoY revenue growth on consolidated basis partly from new subsidiaries; auditor emphasis of matter on Suyog Urja customer advance may draw investor scrutiny.
