Board approved unaudited September 2026 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 106% to Rs 43,933 lakh, but net loss was Rs 2,507 lakh; H1 revenue rose 51% to Rs 1,32,536 lakh, with a Rs 1,325 lakh loss and Rs 1,560 lakh operating cash outflow. Review was qualified over a disputed Rs 1,961 lakh receivable with no provision. It approved selling its 50% Epavo stake, causing a Rs 713 lakh impairment; the chief financial officer leaves October 31.
Strong sales help, but losses, a qualified review, a disputed receivable and negative cash flow may pressure the stock; Epavo exit may cut losses.
