On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.7 pts less than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
ICRA upgraded ratings on Rs 616.34 crore of facilities, effective October 10, 2025. Long-term term loans and cash credit moved to A+ (stable) from A (stable), while short-term facilities moved to A1 from A2+. The upgrade reflects Rs 300 crore of IPO equity, planned debt repayment and earnings growth.
Positive for shareholders: a stronger balance sheet may lower borrowing costs and improve investor confidence, though stock reaction is not assured.
