Consolidated revenue was Rs. 248.88 lakh; net profit Rs. 2.39 lakh vs Rs. 6.90 lakh. Auditor NGST and Associates gave an unqualified limited review. Company noted upcoming 1.3 MWp and 3.5 MWp solar projects plus an 8 TPD Battery Recycling project at Wada, expected commissioning by Q3 FY27.
Strong revenue growth driven by Renewable Energy, but sharp profit decline on higher costs is a watch point. Pipeline projects may lift earnings from Q3 FY27.
