Epigral Limited reported strong FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations rising to Rs. 2,550.13 crore, up about 32% from Rs. 1,929.19 crore in FY24. Profit after tax jumped to Rs. 356.70 crore (FY24: Rs. 195.79 crore), a rise of roughly 82%, with EPS at Rs. 84.45 versus Rs. 47.12 last year. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs. 627.63 crore with PAT of Rs. 86.62 crore. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share (35% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY25. Statutory auditors SRBC & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
A clean audit opinion, sharp jump in earnings, and a healthy 35% dividend signal strong operational performance and shareholder rewards, likely to be viewed positively by investors. Continued deleveraging along with capacity additions funded by last year's QIP supports the growth story.
