Q1 FY27 standalone revenue grew 16.3% YoY to Rs 705.36 cr from Rs 606.54 cr. PBT rose 24.8% to Rs 133.18 cr. PAT of Rs 99.18 cr looks lower than Rs 160.41 cr in Q1 FY26, which had a one-time deferred tax credit of Rs 80.87 cr. Finance costs fell sharply from Rs 23.37 cr to Rs 7.22 cr, showing deleveraging. EBITDA margin slipped to about 26% from 28% YoY as raw material costs rose. EPS stood at Rs 22.99. New subsidiary Epigral Advanced Material Ltd incorporated on July 7, 2026.
Revenue growth and lower finance costs signal operational improvement. PAT decline is optical due to prior-year one-time tax credit. Watch raw material costs.
