Epigral reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 587.36 Cr, down 6.2% YoY from Rs 626.06 Cr. Q2 PAT fell 36% YoY to Rs 51.52 Cr from Rs 80.53 Cr as costs rose. H1 FY26 PAT rose 27% to Rs 211.93 Cr, but this was driven by a one-time Rs 80.87 Cr deferred tax credit from switching to the new tax regime, not core operations. EBITDA margins compressed versus last year. Board appointed Mr. Rakesh Agrawal as new CFO effective November 10, 2025. Limited review by S R B C & Co LLP was clean.
Weak Q2 with revenue and profit declines; H1 profit growth flattered by tax credit. Watch margin pressure and new CFO transition.
