Epigral reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 597.12 Cr, down 7.5% from Rs 645.24 Cr a year ago. Nine month revenue fell 6.8% to Rs 1,791.02 Cr. Q3 profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs 39.15 Cr from Rs 103.54 Cr, hit by higher raw material costs and lower other income. Nine month PAT was Rs 251.08 Cr versus Rs 270.08 Cr, supported by a one-time deferred tax credit of Rs 80.87 Cr booked in Q2. Q3 EPS was Rs 9.07 against Rs 24.23 earlier. Related party deal with promoter entity Prozeal Green Power noted for a wind-solar hybrid power project.
Sharp Q3 PAT drop of about 62% and weaker margins are negative signals, though 9M PAT was lifted by a one-time tax credit.
