EPL Limited's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25 along with a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs. 42,133 million from Rs. 39,161 million in FY24 (~7.6% growth), while consolidated net profit jumped to Rs. 3,638 million from Rs. 2,101 million (~73% growth), boosting consolidated EPS to Rs. 11.27 from Rs. 6.10. Standalone PAT grew to Rs. 2,099 million from Rs. 1,763 million (~19% growth). The company recorded an exceptional loss of Rs. 36 million from Europe operations restructuring. Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified opinion and were re-appointed for a second 5-year term.
Strong consolidated earnings growth of over 70% year-on-year and a 125% final dividend (Rs. 2.50 on Rs. 2 face value) signal robust shareholder returns, though the growth was partly aided by a low FY24 base that included large Egypt-related FX losses. Re-appointment of auditors and a new Thailand subsidiary point to business continuity and expansion.
