On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts more than its Packaging peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 revenue rose 30.0% to INR 15,674 million; underlying growth was 20.3%. EBITDA rose 17.6% to INR 2,960 million; underlying margin was 20.4% and reported EBITDA margin 18.9%. Profit after tax grew 5.6%, held back by depreciation, tax and currency losses. Net debt rose to INR 6,562 million on capital spending and working capital. Europe margins are expected to recover over 3-4 quarters; the Indovida merger targets Q4 FY27, subject to approvals.
Strong revenue and EBITDA growth supports the stock, but weak Europe profitability, higher net debt and modest profit growth may cap near-term gains.
