Epuja Spiritech (formerly Sagar Productions) reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of ₹755.45 lakh versus ₹13.31 lakh a year ago, a huge jump. But total expenses climbed to ₹1,226.91 lakh, driven by material costs of ₹824.90 lakh and stock purchases, producing a net loss of ₹1,048.55 lakh versus ₹62.30 lakh loss in Q1 FY26. Consolidated PAT loss was ₹1,048.74 lakh. EPS was minus ₹0.93. Auditor SDPM and Co gave an unmodified limited review report.
Sharp revenue rise but far deeper losses flag cost overruns and weak margins. Investors should watch for going concern signals.
