The Delhi High Court has dismissed the petition filed by Mr. Robin Raina, former CEO of Ebix Inc., against Eraaya Lifespaces Ltd, ending his attempt to claim ownership of the company and its global subsidiaries. This follows the Supreme Court's earlier dismissal of his Special Leave Petition on August 25, 2025. Eraaya's legal team, led by former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi and Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, argued that Raina's claims were based on forged documents. All of Raina's legal attempts to challenge Eraaya's ownership of Ebix Inc. and its worldwide subsidiaries have now been turned down by Indian courts.
