Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 13% to Rs 892.37 crore and net profit rose 39% to Rs 187.14 crore; basic earnings per share was Rs 13.26. A Rs 35.90 crore exceptional write-down of customer dues was partly offset by a tax benefit from the Aprica and Oaknet amalgamation. Operating margin slipped to 26.8% from 28.0%. H1 operating cash flow was Rs 572 crore, while standalone sales fell 26% to Rs 482.24 crore.
Profit and cash flow look strong, but a one-off tax gain and Rs 35.9 crore write-down flatter results; standalone sales fell 26%.
