SDD compliance software technical failure, data lost

ERP Soft Systems informed BSE that its Structured Digital Database (SDD) software, used to log sharing of unpublished price sensitive information under SEBI insider trading rules, suffered a technical failure on 29 June 2026, resulting in loss of SDD data as no backup was available. The failure is confined to the SDD system only and does not impact accounting records, financial reporting, business operations, or customer and vendor data. The company is reconstructing SDD records from available documentary evidence, restoring the system, and implementing enhanced backup and disaster recovery measures. The Audit Committee and Board have been informed.
