Esab India reported total income of Rs 1,51,418 lakhs for FY26, up 9.6% from Rs 1,38,125 lakhs in FY25. Net profit after tax grew 17.8% to Rs 20,669 lakhs from Rs 17,542 lakhs. EPS improved to Rs 134.30 from Rs 113.98. The company recorded an exceptional gain of Rs 3,091 lakhs from sale of land at Khardah, West Bengal, partially offset by Rs 1,365 lakhs charge due to new labour codes. Operating cash flow remained strong at Rs 18,069 lakhs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 25 per share.
Strong bottom-line growth driven by higher revenue and one-time land sale gain. The stock should see positive reaction given the earnings beat and consistent cash generation.
