ESAB India reported Q1 FY27 results with total income of Rs 422.9 crore, up about 20% YoY from Rs 352.9 crore. Net profit after tax jumped 37% to Rs 56.1 crore (vs Rs 40.9 crore YoY). EPS rose to Rs 36.48 from Rs 26.60. Revenue from operations grew 19.6% to Rs 421.1 crore. Auditor Deloitte Haskins and Sells issued an unmodified review report with no qualifications. Board also approved a 26% equity investment of up to Rs 40 lakh in a Sunsure Energy SPV for sourcing 1MW solar power at the Nagpur plant.
Strong double-digit revenue and profit growth signals robust demand. Small green energy investment supports long-term cost efficiency.
