Quarter ended September 30, 2025: revenue rose 12.7% to Rs 381.55 crore from Rs 338.65 crore. Profit after tax jumped 83.5% to Rs 79.20 crore, including a Rs 30.91 crore pre-tax land disposal gain. Excluding it, pre-tax profit rose 19.2% to Rs 70.12 crore. Six-month profit after tax rose 37.1% to Rs 120.14 crore, but cash from operations fell to Rs 49.22 crore from Rs 88.17 crore. The board declared a Rs 25 interim dividend per share.
Profit and earnings per share rose sharply, but a one-time land gain lifted the headline; sales grew 13% and six-month cash from operations fell.
