Escorts Kubota's Q1 FY27 standalone revenue grew 28 percent year on year to Rs. 3,178.90 Crore, with net profit from continuing operations at Rs. 387.34 Crore (up about 4 percent year on year). Basic EPS stood at Rs. 35.20. Agri machinery revenue rose 27 percent and construction equipment rose 39 percent. Board approved forming a solar power SPV with Ampin (Escorts 26 percent stake, up to Rs. 3.80 Crore commitment) and appointed S.R. Batliboi and Co as statutory auditors for five years from the 2027 AGM. Mr. Vicky Chauhan was named new Company Secretary.
Strong topline growth from agri machinery and construction equipment lifts earnings. Minor long term commitment to captive solar power and planned auditor transition from 2027.
