Standalone Q2FY27 revenue rose 16.3% year on year to ₹3,231.4 crore, led by construction equipment volume growth of 53.9% to 1,764 units. Tractor sales edged up 0.4% to 34,017 units. EBITDA fell 19.5% to ₹292.4 crore, with margin down to 9.0% from 13.1%, due to adverse commodity prices and higher overheads. PAT fell 20.6% to ₹255.0 crore. For H1FY27, revenue rose 21.9% to ₹6,410.3 crore, while PAT excluding exceptional items rose 2.2% to ₹642.4 crore.
Revenue growth is positive, but margin compression and lower quarterly profit may weigh on the stock. Construction equipment strength is the key positive.
