Euphoria Infotech reported a strong FY25 with revenue from operations more than doubling to Rs. 1,321.57 lakhs from Rs. 601.40 lakhs in FY24, a jump of about 120%. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 179.08 lakhs from Rs. 92.58 lakhs, nearly doubling year-on-year, lifting EPS to Rs. 6.17 from Rs. 4.38. On a consolidated basis (including 49% stake in Euphoria Infotech Bangladesh), PAT stood at Rs. 177.57 lakhs with EPS of Rs. 6.12. The board declared the results with an unmodified (clean) audit opinion from M/s. Baid Agarwal Singhi & Co. However, the company reported negative operating cash flow of Rs. (58.91) lakhs, mainly due to a sharp build-up in trade receivables and inventories, and cash balance nearly halved to Rs. 94.60 lakhs.
Strong top-line and earnings growth is positive for shareholders, but rising working capital needs are eating into cash and could pressure liquidity if the trend continues. Investors should watch for improvement in receivables collection and cash generation despite robust reported profits.
