Euphoria Infotech's board approved audited results for FY25 on May 12, 2025, with the auditor (Baid Agarwal Singhi & Co.) issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion. Revenue from operations more than doubled to Rs. 1,321.57 lakhs (FY24: Rs. 601.40 lakhs), while profit after tax jumped to Rs. 179.08 lakhs (standalone) from Rs. 92.58 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs. 6.17 (FY24 restated: Rs. 4.38). Profit before tax doubled to Rs. 247.84 lakhs, helped by lower finance costs. However, cash flow from operations remained negative at Rs. (58.91) lakhs (improved from Rs. (663.13) lakhs), cash on hand fell to Rs. 94.60 lakhs from Rs. 206.80 lakhs, and both inventories and trade receivables rose sharply. Consolidated results were largely similar, including a 49% associate in Bangladesh that contributed a small loss.
Strong top-line and earnings growth is positive for shareholders, but persistent negative operating cash flow, rising working capital, and a sharp drop in cash balance signal quality-of-earnings concerns. Stock may react positively to the profit beat but investors should watch cash conversion and receivables.
