Eureka Forbes reported strong Q4 and FY25 results, marking its 6th consecutive quarter of double-digit growth. Q4 FY25 standalone revenue rose 10.8% YoY to Rs. 612.5 crore, with adjusted EBITDA up 28.8% to Rs. 79.7 crore (13.0% margin, a 183 bps expansion). Q4 PAT surged 137.5% to Rs. 50.8 crore. For the full year FY25, revenue grew 11.3% to Rs. 2,436.1 crore, adjusted EBITDA climbed 25.9% to Rs. 285 crore with margin improving 136 bps to 11.7%, and PAT nearly doubled with a 78.4% jump to Rs. 163.3 crore (roughly 10x in two years). The company stepped up advertising and sales promotion spends by 25% YoY, posted a net surplus of Rs. 284 crore, and delivered free cash flow of Rs. 214 crore with ROCE above 350%.
The results reinforce a clear turnaround story — sustained double-digit revenue growth, expanding margins despite higher growth investments, and sharply rising profits are likely positive for the stock and signal strong earnings momentum heading into FY26.
