Eureka Forbes' board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. Standalone revenue from operations grew to ₹2,436 crore in FY25 from ₹2,189 crore in FY24, about 11% YoY, while Q4 revenue rose nearly 11% to ₹612.5 crore. Standalone profit after tax jumped to ₹163.3 crore in FY25 (₹91.6 crore in FY24) and ₹50.8 crore in Q4 (₹21.4 crore in Q4FY24), aided by a one-time net exceptional gain of ₹5.1 crore in FY25 (insurance claim settlement from an earlier Delhi warehouse fire). EPS for FY25 stood at ₹8.40 vs ₹4.73 last year. The board also appointed new internal auditor (PwC), cost auditor, and secretarial auditor, and made senior managerial changes including a new Chief Sales Officer.
Strong profit growth and a clean audit opinion are positive for shareholders. However, the headline PAT jump is significantly boosted by a one-time insurance recovery, so underlying earnings growth is more modest. Investors should focus on the core operating performance and monitor how sustainable the margin improvement is in FY26.
