Eureka Forbes posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of 64,544 lakhs, up about 8% YoY from 59,784 lakhs. Nine-month revenue rose about 11% to 2,02,664 lakhs. However, Q3 PAT fell sharply to 900 lakhs from 3,482 lakhs YoY, and 9M PAT slipped to 10,911 lakhs from 11,253 lakhs. The drop was driven by a one-time exceptional expense of 4,044 lakhs on account of new Labour Codes impact on retiral benefits. Q3 EPS stood at 0.46.
Short-term PAT hit by Labour Code one-time charge, but underlying nine-month revenue growth of 11% is healthy.
