Eureka Industries Q1 FY27 revenue collapsed to Rs. 4 lacs from Rs. 3751 lacs a year ago. The company posted a net loss of Rs. 21.17 lacs versus a profit of Rs. 8.32 lacs; EPS was minus 0.24. The NCLT admitted the company into the Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process on 14 August 2026 under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. A merger with Onix Renewable and name change is proposed. Reserves remain negative at Rs. 1002 lacs.
Going-concern risk is high. Stock may stay volatile. Insolvency admission is a major negative for shareholders.
