Euro India Fresh Foods board on July 9, 2026 replaced 3 ineligible allottees in its proposed preferential issue. The company plans to issue 21.10 lakh equity shares and 19.30 lakh convertible warrants at Rs 245 each to 82 and 20 allottees respectively, raising up to Rs 51.70 crore from shares and Rs 47.29 crore from warrants. Warrants carry 18 month tenure with 25 percent upfront payment. Five promoter group members will receive warrants. EGM is on July 17, 2026.
Total potential raise of nearly Rs 99 crore but will dilute existing shareholders once warrants convert. EGM vote on July 17 is key.
