Board approved the June 2025 quarter results. Consolidated revenue rose 33% year on year to Rs 6,452.95 lakh, while profit after tax fell 37% to Rs 929.69 lakh. A Rs 788.79 lakh net fire loss, after considering insurance cover and GST credit reversal, was booked as a one-off item. Pre-tax profit before it was Rs 2,142.91 lakh. The review found no material issue. It also approved up to US$126,000 cash funding for the US subsidiary.
Revenue growth is positive, but the one-off fire loss and lower profit may weigh on the stock. The US expansion offers future growth potential.
