Eveready posted Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 366.97 cr, up about 10% YoY. Nine-month revenue rose about 8% to Rs 1,127.38 cr. However, Q3 PAT fell to Rs 7.36 cr (from Rs 13.05 cr) and 9M PAT dropped to Rs 29.49 cr (from Rs 71.91 cr) due to Rs 54.13 cr exceptional items including Labour Code impact, ex gratia payments, and arbitration settlement. Board also approved ESOP 2026 (up to 21.81 lakh shares) and sale of Noida leasehold rights for not less than Rs 250 cr. CCI penalty of Rs 171.55 cr stayed by NCLAT.
Revenue growth positive but profit hit by one-time charges. Noida asset sale could strengthen balance sheet. CCI penalty remains a key overhang.
