Everest Industries posted weak Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue fell to Rs 268.83 cr from Rs 367.43 cr YoY, a drop of around 27 percent. Steel buildings segment revenue halved to about Rs 72 cr. The company swung to a net loss of Rs 31.72 cr against a loss of Rs 11.86 cr last year, with loss per share of Rs 20.01. A one-time charge of Rs 16.3 cr for Labour Codes gratuity was booked as exceptional item, partly offset by Rs 3 cr profit from sale of Mumbai office. For 9M FY26, net loss widened to Rs 36.65 cr.
Sharp revenue decline, segment losses in steel buildings, and a widened net loss point to operational stress. Watch margin recovery and Labour Codes impact.
