Q1 FY27 results: Revenue dips 14%, PAT up on property sale gain

Standalone revenue from operations fell 14 percent YoY to Rs 418.70 cr while PAT swung to Rs 107.72 cr profit from a Rs 100.17 cr loss YoY, driven mainly by a one-time Rs 96.15 cr gain from sale of Podanur property shown as exceptional item. Building products segment earned Rs 56.72 cr profit while steel buildings posted Rs 3.10 cr loss. The steel building subsidiary withdrew its PEB capex plan, booking impairments. Consolidated revenue fell 13 percent YoY to Rs 435.88 cr with PAT of Rs 102.09 cr. Auditor issued unmodified limited review report.
