On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Everlon Financials Ltd (formerly Everlon Synthetics Ltd, registered NBFC) announced audited standalone results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025 on 13 May 2025. Revenue from operations rose about 30% year-on-year to Rs 1,311.42 lakh (FY24: Rs 1,010.99 lakh), but full-year profit after tax collapsed to Rs 118.87 lakh from Rs 800.35 lakh in FY24, with EPS dropping to Rs 1.92 from Rs 12.91. Q4 FY25 alone swung to a loss of Rs 568.33 lakh versus a profit of Rs 446.28 lakh in Q3. Statutory auditor B.L. Dasharda & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results, and the board re-appointed the Internal Auditor (R. Thakkar & Co.) and Secretarial Auditor (Sindhu Nair & Associates) for FY 2025-26.
Strong top-line growth is encouraging, but the sharp fall in full-year profits and the Q4 loss may weigh on the stock in the near term; the clean audit opinion provides comfort on the reliability of reported numbers.
